About the Role:
Finix is looking for an experienced Revenue Operations specialist to support the scaling business for our GTM strategy specifically focused on marketing operations, system administration, and data insights to support business decisions and overall growth strategy.
You will:
- Own our Marketing Operations function from technical implementation to KPI reporting, data insights and operational efficiency
- Represent RevOps as a key stakeholder to collaborate with other departments, drive and influence operational efficiency, ensuring data is being exchanged to support anticipated organizational needs
- Own current and future tech stack across sales, marketing, and customer success teams, including making necessary updates to improve operations
- CRM marketing database management including data integrity, audience management, compliance, and electronic communication implementations for all audiences, including leads and customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics specific to both demand generation, customer marketing and full marketing funnel reporting
- Implement the RevOps roadmap from diagnosing issues/requests/opportunities to project managing and ensuring execution

You have:
- 3+ years of experience working at a SaaS company with multiple GTM motions, payments experience preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a CRM administrator role, preferably HubSpot.
- 3+ years of experience in RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or similar roles.
- Expert/Advanced proficiency with HubSpot, Google Paid Search (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Console), Contentful, 6Sense, Chili Piper, Slack, Google Business Suite; or equivalent.
- Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Marketing and Revenue Operations competencies

Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $145,000 OTE + equity + benefits
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at our headquarters in San Francisco, California. Individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
